Designation: Marketing specialist
Optimal work experience: 2 years in brand and campaign management preferably for a B2C technology brand OR a web-enabled services marketing organization OR a media & communication agency. Completely conversant with growth hacking social media tools, below the line campaign management and knowing the ABCs of Branding.
Qualification: Bachelors and MBA is a must.

We are a very fast paced hungry B2B business with a unique product proposition. The position offersthe opportunity for a young energetic individual who will lead the B2B marketing and sales acceleration function. Omnicomm has a distinctive premium brand identity and playbooks in place. You will leverage these brand assets to create the strategy and execute non-linear sales growth in India and South Asia. While it is impossible to summarize everything you will do, here is a sampler:
- Sales campaign management: Work with channels partner databases, event databases and conduct desktop research to create a segmented campaign database. Work with communication agency to prepare sales messaging. Run outbound sales campaign over web, email and phone. Track conversions & effectiveness.
- Web & social media campaign management: Develop and execute strategy to create relevant social media presence. Create program to encourage partners and internal to generate social media messages tied to short, impactful case studies. Leverage paid social media channels to create brand salience, solution relevance and lead generation.
- Sales pipeline refresh: Leverage CRM tools and pull together a robust system for sales pipeline management. Design and program manage periodic pipeline reviews and refresh.
- Marketing & Brand building: Support Execution of regional BTL marketing campaigns, including events, channel meets, expert sessions. Be responsible for end to end event logistics and effective delivery. On ground brand presence via service points, and local branding. Periodic review of campaign effectiveness, fine tune execution. Budgeting and
campaign planning.
- CSAT custodian: Design, execute and own Customer Satisfaction program. Run periodic data gathering campaigns, publish CSAT scores, arrange periodic reviews and publish insights for action.
- Content & PR: Work with sales, technical support and communication content service providers to create effective content. These include -tactical campaigns, business and technical case studies, white papers, event round-tables and PR write-ups.
- Training & Partner program: Own and Run the partner training program. Work with internal customers and content providers like sales and technical support to make the partner on-boarding & training effective and scalable. Homologate training modules, design partner kits, certifications and run the training calendar.
