Omni Channel Lead - Retail
- Incumbent should come with a good understanding of the digital world, an Omni channel experience and should have handled scale.
- Thorough technical and operational understanding of D2C e-commerce: experience with various e-commerce platforms and APIs.
- Ensuring excellent and consistent brand experience and customer satisfaction across channels.
- Proven expertise in delivering results by serving customers through digital marketing and tech-platform products.
- Coordinating with the marketing team and be in sync for all promotional and boosting activities.
- Lead business planning for the Omni customer channel, delivering on annual, quarterly, and monthly growth and profitability goals for the Omni business.
- Continuously analyze available data sets to optimize online merchandising efforts, drive sales, develop promotional strategies, and improve overall conversion for multiple business lines and retailers within the Brands eCommerce business.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce advertising, merchandising tools, digital platforms, retail media, content optimization, and retailer strategy
Education Qualification & Experience :
- MBA/PGDM in 5+ years of experience in Omni Channel, Retail, e-commerce,
