As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hypothesis, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will be responsible for researching and prospecting new business opportunities, engaging with prospects through various channels, and nurturing relationships to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Hypothesis and showcase how our platform can address the prospect's pain points.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings or demos with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position Hypothesis in the market.
Technical Requirements:
- 4 -7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
