Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Non- IT Recruiter to join our team. The IT Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organization is staffing needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, source potential candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. The Non- tech Recruiter should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the roles, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various non-technical roles within the healthcare industry, including but not limited to administrative staff, medical billing and coding specialists, and support personnel.

- Candidate Management: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific sites.

- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all candidates

- Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research, networking events, and relationship management.

- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring processes and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.

- Proven ability to source, screen, and hire non-technical staff in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of healthcare roles and the unique requirements of the industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
