Role description and Key Responsibilities:

- Managing cash and liquidity by planning and forecasting cash flow

- Monitoring daily cash positions and cash flow forecasts

- Reviewing treasury-related aspects during monthly accounts closing, e.g., Bank Reconciliations

- Managing relationships with Indian and multinational banks

- Leading treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region

- Supervising treasury operations including cash transfers, wire payments, and bank reconciliations

- Assisting in hedging activity and compliance with FEMA/RBI guidelines

- Assisting in the documentation related to the sanction/renewal of Hedging limits

- Managing the company's investment portfolio and recommending investment opportunities

- Ensuring adequate and functional controls and procedures for treasury operations

- Implementing technology solutions to streamline treasury processes and enhance efficiency

- Monitoring routine transactions related to the import/export of goods and service-related documentation/payments and ensuring compliance with FEMA

- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and all regulatory requirements related to treasury operations

Key Skills and Knowledge:


- Strong understanding of treasury processes such as end-to-end payment process, hedging, and cash forecasting

- Excellent analytical skills, networking abilities, and stakeholder management

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Dynamic, proactive, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and willing to resolve issues

- Extensive experience in handling banking and treasury operations for a multinational company

- Well-versed with RBI guidelines on import/export and compliance under FEMA

- Good knowledge and experience in managing daily cash flow, fund planning, and overall working capital management for the company.

Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Required:

- CA, CFA or an MBA Finance with 10-12 yrs. of relevant treasury experience, with a minimum of 5 years of leading the treasury function independently

- Strong PC Skills in Microsoft Office and Windows, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP

- People Management skill and experience
