Designation: Director - Delivery

Experience: Min 18 years in US healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for P&L management and managing revenue and margins

- Leads the overall service delivery for one of the service lines of Omega

- Will be accountable for the effective management of daily operations and delivery.

- Manage large team of 700+ FTE of professional billers, coders, leads and managers and oversee operational activities activities to ensure customer service and quality expectations are met.

- Primary contact for coding questions relating to Client services and Operations. Will be required to work closely with the sales and transition team during POCs

- Review reports/ dashbord and investigate errors

- Understands quality matrices and work towards continuous process improvement

- Should manage multiple tasks and create solutions from available information.
