ROLE : AM/MANAGER - IDC FINANCE

NOTICE PERIOD: 60 days

SHIFT : Day

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support the Annual Budget exercise for the Indirect Costs (all overheads and support function payroll cost) in close coordination with the function heads and management, for all geographies 12 months rolling projections every month for all geographies

- Analyze all indirect costs and investigate the variance vs Budget/Projections and previous year on a monthly axis Work in conjunction with all department heads to help them monitor and reduce their costs to ensure maximum cost optimization

- Support decision making processes with ad hoc financial reporting and analysis on wide range of business and financial matters

- Work in close collaboration with the finance controllers to make sure costs are recorded appropriately Special Projects

- Understand factors driving the financial performance of the organization

- Analyze data and relevant facts, consolidate and convey insight to support decision makers and other stakeholders

- Able to understand financial concepts and identify key business drivers

- Able to continuously look at process improvements - both internally and externally

- Able to communicate with others in a wide range of positions

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

- Dynamic, proactive, detailed oriented, able to meet deadlines, willing to help / solve issues

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA, ICWA, CFA or an MBA Finance with 3-5 yrs. of experience

- Strong PC Skills in Microsoft Office and Windows, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Good working knowledge on Oracle Fusion ERP
