Requirement for Manager/Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition for Omaxe Ltd.
Experience : 5 to 8 Years
Qualification : MBA - HR (Regular)
Industry Preference : Construction/Real Estate/PMC
CTC : 10 to 12 Lac/Annum
Jon Responsibility:
- Responsible for handling recruitment/executive search/research/mapping/bulk hiring across Indian Market.
- Using recruitment sources like Linkedin,Naukri, Xray Search,Lusha,Github,Rocket Reach.
- Mapping the Candidates from Target Companies
- Conducting thorough Research and Analysis for Companies
- Screening, selecting and filtering the candidates for the required positions
- Working on Mid/Senior Level Openings /Expat Openings/COO/CEO level openings
- Briefing the candidates about the job and organization profile.
- Conducting HR interview. Short listing candidate by taking preliminary interviews.
- Scheduling the candidates for technical & final rounds of interview with the company.
- Following up with candidates till they join company, start to end tracking process.
- Head Hunting & Data Mining
Technical Knowledge:
Ms Word, Ms Excel, Power point, MIS, MS Outlook
