Job Responsibility:

1. Electro Mechanical Maintenance

To look after the overall AMC & Maintenance of HVAC/lift/ Escalator /Eletronic equipment s /Transformer /USP etc.

To conduct preventive maintenance break down maintenance & routine maintenance for DG Sets.

2. MEP-Services Management

To manage entire MEP services like Plumbing/Horticulture /Landscape /Swimming pool maintenance /Fire fighting/CCTV etc.

3. Allocation of Manpower

To manage & allocate manpower in live with operation schedule employee skill sets and business requirements.

4. Facility Management

To look after over all facility management along with house keeping, pest control etc.

5. Handling Over

To look after handing over of projects by snag clearness by coordinating other department.

6. Security Management

- To manage the entire security operation by ensuring work schedule & entry exit deciplines.

7. Fire & Safety

To design fire layouts evaquation plan/mock drill & maintenance of fire equipments.
