Person will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

- To understand the need of the customer and to provide the product in line with customer aspiration.

- To look after both direct & indirect sales

- Identification of channel partner and develop broker network

- Interaction with Customers, channel Partners.

- To brief the customer about the product & its specification & USP.

- Explaining the project with all kinds of community living, Hi tech facilities in residential, Commercial & Group housing.

- Analysis the need of the customer & facilitate sales closer.

- To take daily Sales report., Monthly Sales report & MIS from the team members.

- Review of Daily/Monthly Sales of teams.

- To Manage Team members

- Coordinate with sales team/CRM team/Marketing/Presales & Advertisement/PR.

- Site Visit with clients, channel partners to get the closer done.

- Cross Sales through the existing customers by attractive benefits.

- Revenue Target Achievement through teams & channels partner.

- Sales tracking monthly & weekly to increase the revenue.

- Sales planning for revenue generation, branding and to achieve monthly targets.
