Job Description :
- To Support president HR in analyzing the process bottlenecks and grey areas and solving the problem through analysis, diagnosis & intervention.
- Analyzing & Evaluation HR Reports, feedback and reviews on daily basis.
- Preparing HR Weekly, Monthly & quarterly MIS reports.
- To benchmark the industry practice before implementing new initiatives in the organization
- Review of employee expenses in live with the policies and update President before approval
- Collection of organisational data and analyze as per the required purpose.
- Preparing presentation of data on different HR Aspects.
