The Technical Recruiter will be an Individual contributor who will have the responsibility for hiring the best class Tech & Product talent who have experience working on cutting edge technologies. The role will ideate, conceptualize and implement various best talent acquisition practices & employee engagement.
Recruitment and On-Boarding:
- Responsible for recruitment for Technical & Product Management roles as per budget.
- Coordinating with respective HOD's and identify positions to be filled up.
- Analyzing job requirements and prepare Job descriptions and specifications.
- Conduct pre-screening round with candidates and close positions after required rounds of interviews.
- Build reports to be presented to the rest of the team and top management.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Negotiate and roll out offer letters to selected candidates.
- Manage on-boarding and induction for the new hires.
Employee Engagement:
- Work with business stakeholders to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives.
- Identifying needs/problems of employees through formal/ informal channels and work to address them.
Skills:
- Creative insight and delivery of practical recruitment solutions to meet business challenges.
- Results-orientation with a superior ability to execute as well as creatively solve problems
- Combined analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility level to work with all levels the organization including senior management
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Candidate should be a post graduate in HR with at least 5 - 7 years of technical recruitment experience.
This position will be on the payrolls of Manpower.
