What Responsibilities you will get to work with OLX-

Co-own Telesales Revenue Targets

Work with different category heads to break down the problem statements and discuss revenue targets for telesales

Help telesales category leads to convert revenue numbers into the operational plan

Improve different operational component of Telesales such as incentive planning, head count planning, Target allocation, category training etc.

Identify optimization opportunities in each telesales category team and help action

Build market intelligence for each category to improve team performance

Identify new ways to increase revenue from telesales

Develop senior management ready presentations and communicate them effectively

Close the feedback loop by sharing critical inputs related to pricing and user segment with Category heads

Leading, mentoring and motivating team members to help them perform as per required standards while enabling them to develop by ensuring continuous skill enhancements.

Working cross functionally with category heads, telesales leads, finance, BI and HR

What you need to be successful at OLX-

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - ability to develop hypotheses, understand and interpret data within the context of the business.

Intellectual and analytical curiosity - initiative to dig into the - why- of various results.

Ability to work with people both inside and outside the organisation.

Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, and great facilitation skills.

Good hands-on experience on Excel and PPT.

Comfortable working in an unstructured and dynamic environment.
