What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

Responsible for growth of B2B business, to deliver continuous growth along with improved revenue.

Head the team comprising of outbound key account managers and team leaders.

Responsible for managing end-to-end execution through telesales channel, relationship management while implementing effective strategies to maximize sales.

Add to the top line and deliver continuous growth by way of improved Adoption, ARPU, and Retention.

Co-work cross functionally with Category Leads, Sales Ops, BI, HR and Finance to help create and develop a long term plan and strategy for development of the categories.

Close the feedback loop by sharing critical inputs related to pricing, product strategy and user segment with Category Leads.

Driving targeted promotions for consumer segments through multiple channels in liaison with the marketing team, to grow market share by optimizing key metrics of conversion and retention along with revenue.

Own P&L for the category for Telesales.

Leading, mentoring and motivating team members to help them perform as per required standards while enabling them to develop by ensuring continuous skill enhancements.

Maintain staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training the team.
