Position Overview:
As the Division Head of Employer of Record Services, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing our EOR division. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and execute all aspects of employer compliance, payroll administration, benefits management, and regulatory adherence to ensure smooth and legitimate operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Division Establishment: Lead the setup and development of the Employer of Record services division, including defining strategies, goals, and long-term vision.
Compliance Management: Stay abreast of local and international employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations in different jurisdictions where clients operate.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll for clients' employees, handling deductions, taxes, and statutory contributions. Manage benefits administration, including retirement plans, health insurance, and other employee perks.
Client Onboarding and Support: Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients, understand their unique needs, and provide excellent customer support throughout their engagement with the EOR division.
Financial and Legal Oversight: Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure all financial and contractual agreements are handled accurately, transparently, and in compliance with relevant laws.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies related to employee relations, payroll, taxes, and other compliance-related matters.
Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of HR and compliance professionals to support the growth and operations of the EOR division effectively.
Technological Integration: Explore and implement HR technology tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve client experience.
Industry Networking: Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities to stay up-to-date with changes and trends in the EOR domain.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or CS (Company Secretary) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in HR, payroll administration, or compliance, with a minimum of [X] years of relevant work experience.
