1. The company is into development of tech enabled products for Indian jewellery market. Over period innovative services by Olocker has helped a large number of retailers. The products are marketed using a b2b2c channel and thus requires company to onboard jewellery retailers on its platforms.
2. We have presence in almost all states of India but now we look forward to penetrate markets deeperand enhance our reach to more than 30000 jewellery retailers in next 1 year.
3. We look to add regional heads for Business developments in territories of Mumbai (for Maharashtra, Gujarat), Delhi ( for North India), Kolkata ( for eastern region) & Bangalore ( for south India region).
4. The candidate shall be responsible for establishing and growing market for our products.
5. Role will need the candidate to strike deals with jewellery players of all size and shape across the given territory and drive revenues for the company.
6. Develop a team of on field personnel and drive business in assigned territory profitably
7. Arrange for product demos and understand feedback from target clients and channel it back to senior management to drive product improvements
8. Develop networking with retailers, jewellery associations, media etc.
9. Developing and delivering presentations to the target clients group gatherings.
10. Provide inputs to the management for improvement in product, offering, processes
11. Develop business development plans, communication materials etc. in close coordination with senior management
