Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Monitor rankings for all business-critical keywords through tools like AhRefs, SEMRush, etc.,
- Monitor and Manage all SEO KPIs
- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
- Collaborate with tech team, marketing team and other stakeholders
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as SEO Manager, Growth hacker or similar role
- Proven success in managing SEO for a B2C company
- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
- Familiarity with Wordpress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- In-depth knowledge of research principles, methods, and experience in analyzing data
- Complete ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
