Job Description:

- Build paid campaigns across Google, Facebook & other newer channels to acquire new users

- Special focus on mobile marketing for app install campaigns

- Build remarketing campaigns to re-engage with users using Google & FB Remarketing

- Develop complete marketing plans & campaigns for user acquisition & engagement

- Manage acquisition campaigns on offline and online channels including Search, Paid Social, Display, Mobile, with a primary focus on digital channel performance

- Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance

- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics

Requirements:

- 2+ years of Performance Marketing campaign management

- A deep understanding of the key metrics such as cost-per-acquisition improvements, particularly in AdWords

- Strong understanding of Re-marketing campaigns

- At least one year experience in working on Mobile App Install campaigns

- A strong grasp of web analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven marketing

- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
