Oliveboard - Head - Strategy & Operations - Video Learning Platform - IIM

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall operations and delivery of the Video Learning platform.

- Develop annual operational plan, engaging key internal and external stakeholders.

- Execute and implement the operational roadmap in alignment with the strategic plan.

- Ownership of the video learning platform activities, covering all aspects of program delivery and users- learning experiences.

- Track key metrics impacting the progress of the programs and make data driven decisions.

- Responsible for the overall scheduling, evaluation and execution in coordination with the program delivery experts.

- Design new initiatives, assess feasibility and profitability and prioritize the projects.

- Envision and innovate operations design changes to continuously stretch the boundaries of process excellence.

- Develop contingency plans for potential failures, risks and challenges that may arise in the course of the projects.

- Coordinate with SMEs and assist in creating best in class learning modules.

- Identify, research and explore new innovative Online learning models and formats.

Requirements

- MBA from top tier institutes (IIMs or International business schools)

- Entrepreneurial Mindset

- Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills

- Ability to think Top Down and Bottoms up

- Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills

- Prior management consulting experience at top tier firms will be a plus
