Olam International - Digital Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives

Skills & Position Summary:

- Support market analysis - Target clients, Competitive Assessment, Market Research from Technology Standpoint

- Lead the 'Go to Market' strategy from Technology perspective

- Collaborate with Product Team to devise a roadmap for externalization of existing solutions

- Assessment of Technology Choice & Reuse from existing solutions

- Collaborate with Product team in defining Minimum Viable Product in alignment with Roadmap & Market Needs.

- Explore technology partners and 3rd party solutions that caters to certain features in the roadmap.

- Technology Readiness - Lead the Technology Team to assess technical readiness for externalization and drive implementation of closure of gaps/improvements

- Lead the Technical Delivery for MVP and future roadmap items

- Track usage and collaborate with Product Teams for feedback from the market

- Explore opportunities for continuous improvement in the product/solution and drive it to closure

- Support development of Commercial Models in consultation with Product Heads and finalize appropriate models for various clients

Skills & Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech and MBA from leading B Schools

- Minimum of 5+ years' of experience in the area explained above

- Experience in Technology Consulting and pitching value proposition to external stakeholders

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Conflict resolution skills

- Manage and work relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Excellent work ethics with a strong penchant for working in a challenging global environment
