Roles & Responsibilities -
- Formulate & drive the Supply strategy for OFT in the region
- Aggressively grow the fleet portfolio
- Achieve aggressive driver acquisition targets through a high performance team of 50+ spread across multiple layers
- Formulate various Supply marketing initiatives to enable driver acquisition
- Build & enhance onboarding processes & ensure full compliance
- Strategize to manage complete asset portfolio in onroaded to ensure higher asset utilization and in turn drive profitability
- Manage city P&L from supply side
- Build, manage & motivate a high performing team of 60-70 over multiple layers
- Vendor management
- Resource & Cost optimization
- Inventory management
- Yard Management
- Work closely with regulatory authorities to ensure smooth business operations
- Work closely with OEM partners to drive multiple business metrics
- Innovative thinking to build strategic alternative sourcing channels
- Set & driver SOPs for Asset Health management to drive profitability, increase partner satisfaction & increase asset life
Experience & Skills
- Atleast 2 years of experience in Sales/Business/P&L
- Capability & experience of managing large team
- Experience of achieving challenging targets
- Passion to work in a chaotic startup environment
- Multi-task & work with multiple stakeholders at all levels and achieve business goals
- Ability to innovate & develop alternative tools to achieve business objectives
- Ability to understand data & drive business
- Experience of having worked with people across levels & driving the best out of them
- Experience to build & enhance process & systems to bring in efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA Full time (Premier/Tier I Institute)
- Sales/Business experience in telecom/BFSI/consumer durable/start-up
