About this role :

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Booking Experience team. Booking Experience team at Ola Cabs is responsible for defining and ensuring a perfect ride experience for both our partners and customers. This role entails solving some key problems that our customers and partners may face during the booking lifecycle. Hence, it requires strong analytical skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to execute the right problems.

Your Part :

- Internalize and deeply understand Ola's mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of your specific team

- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, that includes problem definition, product strategy/roadmap development, customer needs, requirement/use case definition and prioritization

- Lead market research activities, understand market trends and analyse large amounts of data to come up with insights that will help drive the product roadmap

- Collaborate with business teams to gather and prioritize requirements. Develop and define detailed product specifications

- Work closely with design, engineering, project management, marketing and other key stakeholders to develop and deliver products, in an agile environment.

- Challenge members of your own team and others to innovate and to think boldly & creatively

- Mentor Product Managers & contribute to hiring and building a strong team

Requirements (Must have):

- Overall 6+ years in Exp

- 3+ years of product management experience in fulfillment. You are an accomplished Product Manager, who has successfully conceptualized, launched and scaled product(s)

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related field

- MBA /Masters/Entrepreneur background
