The founding team is:

Bhavish Aggarwal: Co-Founder and CEO. Graduated with a B.Tech in Computer science from IIT Bombay in 2008, worked at Microsoft Research in Bangalore for 2 years after that.

Ankit Bhati: Co-Founder and CTO. B.Tech and M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay, worked at an IIT Bombay backed startup Wilcom.

Job Description

Position Title: Manager – Operations (Fulfillment)

Reports To: GM - Operations

Location: Gurgaon

About Role :

- Ensuring that the customers have a hassle-free trip experience by activating available fleet to fulfill bookings
Job Description:

- 100% On time allotments - of cabs for every booking

- Fleet optimization - minimizing the 'dry run' incurred by strategically deciding of the appropriate fleet to be allotted for particular booking(s)

- '0' stock outs - The customer must receive car on request under all circumstances, within a reasonable time period.

- Customer Satisfaction - Customer should get a WOW experience!

- Communication with drivers and customers - To handle all sorts of issues, if any

- Coordination with call center - to ensure smooth booking experience for the customers

- Updation for new vendors - Ensuring that all new vendor entries are made into CRM promptly and correctly, so that entire pool of cars available at any point of time is visible as per availability.

Experience:

Academic Qualification :

- Bachelors from Reputed Institute / University

- MBA from TOP B school .
