- We are in the process of interviewing candidates who have 7-10+ years of sales experience and who have at +5 years experience managing Inside sales team. We're interested in candidates who posses a proven track record of driving new business efforts and customer acquisition.
- A strong candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, a proven track record of scaling sales operations and revenues very fast.
- This candidate will have a desire to be a part of the fastest growing internet companies in the eCommerce Space.
- This candidate will ideally come from a internet business and used to dealing with local, regional stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- Hire and grow a team of Account Executives
- Direct the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying and positioning of products and services
- Ensure optimum sales productivity and conversions
- Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast
- Rol-lout sales business rules, practices and policies
- Hire, train and manage the performance of Account Executives
- Grow an Inside Sales organisation very fast, and build on success.
- Have a genuine passion for winning, and ensuring all around them are inspired to follow.
