Krutrim, a part of the Ola group, is working on creating the AI computing stack of the future. Our state- of- the- art AI computing stack will encompass the AI computing infrastructure, AI Cloud, foundational models, and AI- powered end applications for the Indian market.

While we are building foundational models across text, voice, and vision relevant to our focus markets, we are also developing AI training and inference platforms that enable AI research and development across industry domains. The team at Krutrim represents a convergence of talent across AI research, Applied AI, Cloud Engineering, and semiconductor design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and drive business review meetings to provide consolidated view of forecast

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and financial modeling.

- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Managing business and compliance requirements within the given budget

- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.

- Partner with senior management to develop long- term financial strategies and business plans.

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.

- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

- Implement financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Whom are we looking for?

- CA or Master's degree in business administration in finance from a Top B- schools

- 5+ Years of experience

- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

- Interpersonal communication and team management
