Hiring Head of Operations - Ola Cars

The role will be responsible for :

- Drive the collection and analysis of operational data, conduct MIS and convert data into value for customers and Internal teams in the areas of Monitoring and Reporting, sales and procurement enablement, support to product management.

- Provide reviews and financial/non-financial performance reporting to enable the business to achieve its long term objectives, Minimize costs of operations for business.

- Maximize operational efficiency around processes by driving continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Ensuring on-time customer delivery through accurate and detailed operating plans. Conduct operations management activities such as business planning, operational plans, project management, communications, etc.

- Handle the entire logistics and operations channel for the country, from planning to implementation.

- Identify and solve challenges within the logistics channel.

- Define performance metric for measurements , comparison and evaluation of operations team at national regional and city level

- Work diligently with teams and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all drivers and team members that enter Targets yard.

- Oversee and support logistics yard operations across the country or wherever operations are being built, servicing a growing base of cities and ensure readiness from an operational standpoint.

- Responsible for the team supporting operational aspects of cataloging and listing operations work with various internal teams (e.g. procurement, services, Marketplace, and technology teams)

- To help drive tools and process improvements that affect catalog management workflows drive appropriate data-oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions, and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals. manage stakeholder communication on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.

- Leading for all documentation and compliance processes across Ola cars during procurement, delivery and Post sales
