Job Summary :
- Create and implement policies, processes and procedures of the functioning of the Experience Center to deliver a great customer experience.
Key Result Areas (Accountability & Responsibility of the role) Strategy
- Identify strategic locations for the Experience center across all cities to ensure visibility & walkins of our target customer base.
- Create and implement policies, processes and procedures of the functioning of the Experience Center to deliver a great customer experience.
Experience Center Operations
- Responsibility to create an enjoyable customer experience which exceeds industry standards.
- Maintain consistent Brand standards & experience standards across all experience centers.
- Deliver Test Ride as per the set experience standards.
- Implement & maintain all in house displays.
- Liaise with Marketing to initiate and implement promotional activities within the Centre & outside to increase overall customer footfalls.
- Development of take away material to the customers who visit the store.
- Liaise with the design team to give on ground feedback & actively co-ordinate for any change of design elements.
- Maintain a high client satisfaction rating for all centers & also for all members of each center.
- Ensure all complaints from customers are resolved within the stipulated time
People Management
- Coach, manage and develop the team to optimise performance and meet customer experience standards.
- Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess on-going performance of direct reports.-
Key Skills Required - Good Brand management experience
- 15+ years of experience in sales/ marketing across industries
- Good analytical skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
