Roles & Responsibilities :

- This role is responsible for Non Tech end-to-end recruitment activity and managing the team to deliver on business objectives and recruitment numbers.

- Partnering closely with business leaders to understand the business strategy and talent needs

- Collaborating with line managers in evaluating

- Existing and future talent requirements,

- Defining critical roles

1. Finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents

2. Strong Team handling Expertise

3. Should be responsible for understanding talent availability and market intelligence

4. Ensure team is appropriately partnering with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters and upholding exceptional customer service to these stakeholders

5. Ensure commitment to SLA, individual and team performance metrics

6. Oversee the onboarding, training, and development of direct reports;

7. Ensure adherence to existing processes and proper use of tools to ensure accurate reporting
