Roles and Responsibilities Digital Marketing head will be in charge of planning and managing global digital marketing campaigns that promote Ola's brand and services. He/she will be involved in planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, developing and managing a multi-channel marketing strategy that incorporates marketing automation, digital, social and offline channels
Brand and Strategy
- Digital Marketing for an in-house sales team, Partnership, PR, Awards and brand strategy
- Campaign development and management
Marketing Automation
- Creating and managing targeted email campaigns
- Creating automate campaigns - customer journey and profiling
Digital and Social Media
- Work with digital marketing specialists to develop and oversee the digital and social strategy
- Develop SEM and paid digital / social campaigns
- Develop and establish a comprehensive marketing automation strategy
- SEO (Search engine optimization) strategy
- Content Strategy / CX and UX
- Identify new digital channels and platforms
Management
- Manage digital marketing specialists
- Manage the marketing budget to achieve customer acquisition targets
Experience & Skills - Excellent skills and experience in lead generation/demand generation marketing via direct and online channels
- Strong digital marketing, CRM and lead management skills
- Experience managing, coaching and developing people and teams
- Strong digital marketing skills including website, campaigns, search and social
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Qualifications :
- MBA - Premier B-schools Preferred
- 5 to 7 years of Digital Marketing Experience.
- Metrics - Campaign Metrics (CTR/CAC/App Installs/App Sessions)
- Social Media Metrics(Sentiment/Feedback/Ratings)
