Job/Role Summary: As a Brand Manager at Ola Electric, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting the brand's image and values. You will be responsible for creating and executing brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive brand recognition and loyalty
Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's mission and goals
- Manage and maintain the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including visual and verbal branding elements
- Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to better understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors
- Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and offerings throughout customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content, including advertising materials, social media content, and website content
- Coordinate and lead brand-related activities for product launches, ensuring seamless integration of the brand into new offerings
- Continuously monitor brand performance and conduct regular analysis to measure the effectiveness of branding efforts

Education and Experience:- Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Communication and content creation, marketing, publications,branding, or a related field
