Key responsibilities : - Planning, designing, and conducting qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights for mapping user needs, new products, and concept developments - Personally conduct user interviews (remote+ Face2Face) as a part of generative and evaluative research - Along with senior team members, learn and implement unique approaches to better explore 'Bharat' users - Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn user data into actionable insights that feed into prototype development, and influence product direction - As a specialist of UX at OkCredit, your responsibility includes preparing knowledge reports and presenting insights gained from users to enhance organizational understanding of users of OkCredit - Adopt to the role of a 'user expert' in the organization where you'll augment the decision-making process through your POVs Ideal Candidate should qualify on the following criteria : - Around 1.5-3 years of experience within UX, Human-Computer Interaction, consumer behavior, applied research, and/or product research and development - Should have native proficiency in the Hindi language - Degree in UX Design & Research / Psychology/User Experience/Human-ComputerInteraction or any related field - Adaptive to fast-paced startup environments, good time-management skills, and meet product requirements with stakeholders - Experience of working in tech. product company (Not mandatory)
