- The Category Manager at OhSoBoho is the owner of the category. From understanding the category and competition landscape and identifying opportunities, to creating the product and design with a high bar on quality and aesthetics and taking it to market and growing revenues, this category is your baby.
- If you've been a category manager at any of the top 30 retail brands in the country, and you have the ambition to do more, to drive change and create more impact, then this role is for you.

Here are some of the aspects of the business you will own :
- Category P&L - Planning, Growth & Strategy - How do we grow toplines and reduce bottom-line, how do we set ambitious targets and set out to achieve them. How do we attract the most relevant consumers and convert them
- Product Strategy - Which products should we launch, what should our freshness be, what is our collection strategy
- Product design - with a deep understanding an opinion on Form, Functionality, Aesthetics and
- Design - how do we continue to learn from our data, innovate and work with the team effectively to create the final product
- Product Quality - Actively and continuously raise the bar, go deep into the manufacturing process and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Category Inventory & Distribution - What is selling where, what depths should we keep, how, when and how much should we re-order and how do we increase sell-through
- Vendor partnerships - Who should we work with, on what terms, and how do we ensure quality while continuing to innovate. Vendor relationships so the right vendors grow with us and support us in good times and bad
- Packaging - How do we tell our story, what do we want our consumers to feel when they interact with our product online and offline
- GTM - Take the product to market with the right GTM strategies to ensure high sell-throughs
- Customer Experience - Make sure we have the closest thing to 100% customer satisfaction and engineer word of mouth
