Sales Officer - Global Digital Marketing Agency
Key focus areas:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and industry events.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to build a solid lead pipeline.
- Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, cold outreach.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions. Having a good understanding of digital marketing landscape is important.
- Use your knowledge and passion for digital marketing, coupled with your love of solving customer challenges, to deliver compelling sales conversations tailored to the needs and goals of the customer.
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales process to drive conversion.
- Guide potential clients through the sales process, ensuring all their queries and concerns are addressed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive timely and accurate information.
- Update CRM systems with client interactions, feedback, and potential sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on the quality of incoming leads generated through marketing activity.
Skills & experience:
- Excellent communication skills.
- A high level of patience and ability to work in a busy environment.
- Experience in sales ranging between 3-5 years with international selling experience in service-based solution.
- Experience in new business sales.
- Curious mindset with an understanding of marketing principles.
- Marketing & Services industry background (desirable).
- Proven track record of achievements in past.
