Position: Sales Officer- Modern Trade

Location: Pune

Experience: 3-6 years

Qualification: Graduate/MBA

Job Responsibilities:

- Execute plan for Modern Trade Sales through distributors

- Achieve monthly Secondary Volume, Brand and Market Share targets

- Implement strategies on product positioning, visibility, market penetration, etc.

- Plan and execute marketing and merchandising initiatives and brand activations

- Plan and execute sales promotion activities

- Implement and manage secondary planning and stock forecasting strategies

- Lead and motivate the sales team

- Liaison with Marketing and Finance to set sales goals and budgets

- Manage statutory formalities as per regulation

- Focus on people leadership dimension

- Manage individual and team performance expectations and goals

- Gain market intelligence through competitive mapping and market trends

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/MBA with 3-6 years of experience in channel Sales

- Experience in FMCG/personal care/Home care

- Good communication skills

- Experience in preparing sales scheme

- Making field sales call
