Position Purpose:
- Preparing financial reports and maintaining records of assets, liabilities, costing, inventory, insurance, revenue and expenditure, payments and other financial activities.
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets and costing.
- Maintain general ledger accounting.
- Process invoices.
- Track inventory.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Update internal systems with financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements.
