Education: Graduate preferably with an MBA

Experience : 8 Years in sales

Budget: Best in the Industry

Must Have: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and sales managementi n Insurance Industry Only

Preferred Certification: IRDA

Key Responsibility:

- Achieve Revenue targets of the unit

- Achieve & Ensure and Maintain Productivity of the General Office

- Recruit, coach and develop Sales Managers

- Adherence to Customer service standards

- Ensure that all Sales Managers and Agents under supervision perform as per the company's rules and regulations.
