Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of SME/mid-market/corporate Clients: Identify and acquire clients across diverse sectors such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemicals, Pharma, Textiles, Logistics, etc.
- This involves actively prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct preliminary financial analysis of potential clients to understand their financial health and pain points.
- This analysis helps in tailoring lending products to address specific needs and challenges.
- Client Engagement: Meet with CXOs and key decision-makers on the client side to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Propose suitable lending products and solutions to bridge their financial gaps and support their growth objectives.
- Segmentation and Process Improvement: Define new growth clusters and corporate segments within the SME market.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline sales processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure effective targeting of potential clients.
- Network Development: Develop and leverage a strong network with industry bodies, relevant nodes, and connectors.
- This network enables the identification of new business opportunities, enhances market penetration, and facilitates proactive engagement with potential clients.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within target sectors.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and tailor product offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as product development, credit risk management, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide insights from client interactions to inform product enhancements and improve overall customer experience.
