OXYZO is part of the OfBusiness Group and was incorporated in 2017 - having already built an AUM (Asset Under Management) of 7,000 Cr with a PAT of 300 Cr last year and is growing year on year with well established processes and governance framework with marque investors including Creation Investments, Matrix Partners, Norwest, Tiger Global and Alpha Wave.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Alignment:
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that people management and talent initiatives contribute to overall organizational success.
- Act as a liaison between HR and business units to ensure consistent and effective application of HR policies and procedures.
- Advise and support senior management in organizational change, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
2. Talent Management & Development:
- Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the workforce.
- Support talent review processes, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Help to design and implement learning and development programs to foster continuous growth and performance.
3. Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, providing guidance and resolution in accordance with company policies and best practices.
- Promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, and open communication channels between staff and leadership.
- Mediate and resolve workplace issues and disputes, ensuring fair and consistent treatment for all employees.
4. Performance Management:
- Work with management to implement performance management systems, including setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Coach and guide managers to address performance issues and develop actionable plans for improvement.
- Monitor and support the overall effectiveness of the performance appraisal process.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Advise leadership on compensation strategies, benchmarking
- Support in the development and implementation of employee benefit programs that promote retention and engagement.
6. Change Management:
- Lead or support organizational change initiatives
- Guide managers and employees through the change process, minimizing disruption and ensuring alignment with company goals.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Advise business leaders on HR compliance issues and help mitigate potential legal risks related to employment practices.
8. HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Use data and analytics to measure HR effectiveness, monitor turnover, assess employee satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports to leadership on key metrics such as headcount, retention, training, and employee engagement.
9. Organizational Development:
- Support initiatives related to workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring.
- Facilitate team-building initiatives and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Experience:
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in HR managing Zonal level responsibilities
- Experience working with senior leadership and managing complex employee relations and organizational development initiatives.
