Job Description :

Day to day work:

a. Day to day coordination with clients for repayments and disbursements.

b. Ensuring all revenue items like interest and other receivables are timely collected. c. This entails communication with clients over the phone and through in person meetings.

d. Coordination with other teams like Accounts, collections to resolve issues related to your clients.

Key targets, monthly, quarterly, annually:

a. Utilization: ensuring >90% utilization of sanctioned amount in portfolio. Minimizing book drop by improving service quality for the customers.

b. Overdue: Ensuring single digit DPD percentage in allocated portfolio by ensuring timely rotation of principal amount of the loan.

c. Up Sales and Cross Sales(target to be assigned by RM)

d. Revenue assurance through timely collection of interest/charges(target to be assigned by RM)

e. Maximizing service fee/charges based income(target to be assigned by RM)

Career progression or Promotion: Based on performance and client handling skills you can be promoted to lead a state/regional team.
