ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Head of Enterprise Sales at BidAssist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our platform by acquiring and nurturing strategic enterprise clients. You will lead a high-performing sales team to develop and execute innovative sales strategies, and will be instrumental in scaling our revenues for establishing BidAssist as an even bigger force in the realms of Tenders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients in alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and expectations for performance and growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
