II) ROLE BRIEF:

We are hiring a diligent and ambitious Talent Acquisition individual at our HQ Gurugram (Sec. 26) to drive our Group Campus Hiring Program and Lateral Recruitment efforts at OfBusiness Group.

CAMPUS PROGRAM:

- Over the last 8+ years, our rigorous campus hiring efforts have helped us build a leadership pipeline - what we proudly call the OFB Mafia - comprising extremely able individuals who are managing multi-million-dollar portfolios today.


- You will play a pivotal role in strengthening this pipeline, ensuring we continue to attract and nurture top talent from campuses across the country.

LATERAL HIRING:


- In just 9 years, OfBusiness has emerged as India's 74th largest revenue-generating company, with no younger company ahead of us. A profitable, high-growth unicorn, we house 25+ diversified businesses, each leading or pioneering its domain.


- As we scale, we need exceptional talent beyond just campuses to fuel our expansion. In this role, you will also drive end-to-end lateral hiring, working closely with business leaders to bring in top-tier professionals who can drive growth and innovation across our businesses.

III) RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure end-to-end execution of our Group Campus Hiring Program (Tech & Non-Tech) across Tier 1/2/3 campuses in collaboration with CXOs, the Head of Talent Acquisition, and the HR Head.

- Manage campus planning, branding, relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, lifecycle management, internal mobility, and grievance handling to ensure a seamless experience.

- Leverage data & pulse checks for trend analysis, course correction, and ongoing improvements in our campus hiring strategy.

- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in fulfilling lateral hiring mandates, working on the complete TA funnel - from sourcing and interview coordination to negotiation and closures.

IV) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

- Prior proven experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Campus Hiring

- Full-time MBA from a reputed institution

- Strong stakeholder management skills (CXO-level exposure is a plus)

- Exceptional communication & negotiation abilities

- High ownership mindset with a drive to close tasks timely

- Ambition & hunger to grow in a high-speed organization
