OFB Tech - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate strategy dashboards and performance reports.

- Generate ad-hoc reports as required by various departments to support decision-making processes.

- Provide actionable business insights through data analysis and visualization.

- Identify and communicate key metrics and performance indicators to senior management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop appropriate data solutions.

- Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.

- Support financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate business strategies.

- Design and implement interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives.

- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

- Implement best practices in data management and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

- Qualified CA (1-3 years of experience).

- Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS-Excel.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
