Project Manager - Job Duties:
- Understand the project objectives by aligning it with organization's vision and mission.
- Prepare project charters and manage multiple projects at Pan India level.
- Should be able to drive projects for cost cutting/process efficiency /higher productivity in the organization.
- Accomplishes objectives by selecting team, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing processes, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing process (new process) change.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Project Manager - Skills and Qualifications:
- Should be a graduate preferably with MBA.
- Should have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in managing Six Sigma green/black belt projects. Should have done certification course in quality/six sigma/TQM etc
- Should have worked for logistics/financial/transaction processing company for at least 3-5 years.
