Primary Responsibilities
Help develop strategic plans for OEC e-commerce Online Services
- Help to drive the definition and prioritization of OEC e-commerce channel enhancements and roadmap.
- Responsible to drive sales and revenue for product (overall P&L responsibility)
- Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain product analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses
- Good knowledge of marketing/digital marketing, sales, product design and launch is must and should be properly versed in competitive space and product features as well as differentiators.
- Hands-on project management to lead product design, development, and release process for assigned products
- Proficient at building and communicating product value propositions leading to the development and maintenance of appropriate collateral including user guides, presentations, marketing content and demos
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action.
- Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from internal and external stakeholders; effectively prioritize and utilize metrics to validate and iterate.
Collaborate to create best in class user experience of OEC Consumer Online Store
- Work with usability team to define customer experience
- Provide insights from customer needs
- Ensure alignment of product roadmap to business goal
Manage and understand key data and analytics
- Utilize strategic, market insights, technology research to synthesize unmet consumer needs and opportunities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the user/customer experience leveraging all available insights
- Provide insights to cross-channel and cross-functional teams on usage and impact for continuous improvement
- Utilize analytics, customer research, and competitive analysis to improve the customer experience, increase conversion rates, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
Skills and Qualifications
- Should be MBA in Finance and Marketing
- Should have at least 4- 7 years of experience in
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Should be a believer in eCommerce
- Should be target oriented
- Able to drive teams and have strategic vision
