Responsibilities :
- Flawless services to existing customers
- Enough and timely infra capacity to grow when business comes in
- Support for DTD Branch Ops basis requirements
- New & Existing Procurement within TAT
- Cost Cutting Across the Vertical
- Vendor Identification, verification process to be followed
- Managing Existing Vendor Relationships
- Structuring & Building the Admin Team
- Asset Management - Managing & sustaining all things owned by the company.
- AMC Management - Contracts with Vendors & Renewals basis the same on time
- Rack before boxes
- New box design finalization and implementation
- All security equipment's and assets pan India always functioning (24x7x365)
- Quality control in purchase of items and availing services
- Vendor Identification
- 2 vendor policy in all major purchases of boxes racks etc.
