Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, who is highly motivated, creative & has a deep passion for establishing connections with current and prospective customers.
- We are seeking an individual experienced in driving business growth, relationship building & consulting. (having an experience of working with a creative agency would be a plus).
- As a Business Development manager, you will be a key driver of our business growth, responsible for leading the identification of new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
Business Growth:
- Business Growth: Strategising & executing strategies that will drive growth for the company & eventually result in revenue generation.
- Relationship consulting: Collaborating with potential/existing customers to understand their business requirements & pain points and offer customized solutions.
In short, becoming a true partner in a client's journey at ODN.
- Sales Closure: Lead the end-to-end lead nurturing to closure.
- Contributing towards the company's growth by achieving ambitious targets & winning exceptional content mandates.
- LTV Forecasting & mapping: Closely monitoring the forecasted LTV mapped in the system & ensuring quarterly/annual projections are met.
- Managing Strategic partner relationships: Working closely with strategic partners to ensure the inflow of leads and revenue.
- Lead Generation: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients.
- Generate leads through targeted outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan lead-generation activities.
Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling our services to existing clients.
- Build pitches and present them to the clients for closures.
Revenue Targets:
- Ensure revenue targets are being met.
- Creating a comprehensive roadmap to achieve the targets
Research & Presentation Skills:
- Possesses strong research capabilities to stay informed about industry trends and client industries.
- Utilizes research to enhance client interactions and identify growth opportunities.
- Great presentation skills
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed university
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Client Acquisition is a must.
(Having agency experience would be a plus.)
Customer Centric:
- Demonstrate a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
