Roles and Responsibilities:
- We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who embodies vibrancy and energy in their approach.
- This person should be highly motivated and creative, with a genuine passion for building strong connections with existing and potential customers.
- Their sincere attitude should shine through in their daily interactions, to turn admirers into loyal customers and advocates.
- Ideal candidates will have a background in a creative agency, particularly in managing Fashion brand accounts.
- They should possess a deep understanding of eCommerce dynamics and be adept at overseeing creative photoshoots and videos.
- Attention to detail is paramount, especially concerning styling, looks, models, and all other elements relevant to delivering exceptional creative services.
Customer Delight:
- Establish and nurture robust client relationships.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client inquiries and concerns, taking full ownership of projects from initiation to completion.
- Engage proactively with clients to comprehend their ongoing needs and consult on strategies to enhance business impact.
- Aim for customer delight by consistently delivering exceptional service.
Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling our services to existing clients.
- Develop pitches and deliver presentations to clients to secure deals.
- Meet cross-selling targets and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Project Understanding:
- Gain a deep understanding of client projects and objectives.
- Should be able to take clear briefs and translate them into an understandable form for the delivery team to ensure seamless delivery and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Provide clients with insights and updates on project progress.
- Taking constant feedback from the client, addressing and acting on the concerning areas to ensure upcoming projects are getting delivered with high quality and within the timelines.
Process Understanding:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of internal processes.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
Research:
- Possesses strong research capabilities to stay informed about industry trends and client industries.
- Utilizes research to enhance client interactions and identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
- Fashion background is a must
- Preferably MBA in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of background in Account Management in fashion brands is a must
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities are required to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including lookup and pivot tables, is a must.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Proven ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Think critically and creatively to address client and internal challenges.
Work under Pressure:
- Capable of working efficiently in high-pressure situations.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A positive and right attitude is a must.
