Primary role:

As a Cloud Business Head, you will play a techno-commercial role. You will grow and nurture Odessa's Cloud practice by driving its SaaS roadmap, determining the overall go-to-market strategy, and being responsible for all customer-facing deliverables.

The role is a cross-functional role and involves working with and managing several different stakeholders within the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Product Engineering, Operations, etc. You will be ultimately responsible for the SaaS product line and will own the financial performance of this business vertical.

What you'll do:

- Own the overall go-to-market strategy for Odessa's SaaS offerings

- Work with sales team to develop a pricing, legal and delivery framework

- Participate in RFP responses, demonstrations and prospecting

- Support the ongoing sales efforts and pipeline

- Own the product roadmap for Odessa's SaaS offerings

- Develop effective roadmaps, consistent with the go-to-market strategy developed

- Influence core leasing product roadmap to support overall Cloud strategy

- Assist in the development of - bank-in-a-box- type strategies to simplify the deployment customer experience

- Work with Engineering teams to prioritize backlog to support development of large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions on Azure

 Develop overall strategy for solution delivery and support

- Own the delivery and operational support for all SaaS offerings

- Engage with customers to define right-size solutions and ensure fit into customer application landscape

- Own the technical engagement model (development, testing, certification, audits, etc.) to deliver Cloud solutions

- Actively seek out automation opportunities (Secure DevOps) to optimize resource usage

- Driver overall compliance reviews, security posture, diagnostics & monitoring of offering

- Manage operational support pre- and post-production, serving as ultimate escalation point for end customers

Qualifications

- 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in developing and designing SaaS products, preferably in BFSI domain

- 5+ years of experience in managing Cloud-based environments supporting large scale SaaS applications serving millions of users

- Leadership experience of managing teams that are 30-50 strong

- Proven track record in P&L and financial management

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working with product-organizations that develop enterprise-grade lending solutions

- Prior experience with MS Azure
