Responsibilities:

- Will be required to effectively communicate with the team to ensure high motivational levels to obtain high quality results.

- Would be managing the Assistant Manager (s) / Team Lead (s).

- Involved in training programs or career development type programs.

- Escalation metrics are to be monitored to ensure the transactions are completed within the TAT with the support and coordination from the respective departments.

- Support the teams with process related questions and resolves the same or ensure appropriate escalation.

- Daily reporting & MIS to monitor the performance & control parameters of the team.

- Follow-up with the US business unit and training department for smooth transition of new processes.

- The Manager to ensure that all work distribution /allocation is in accordance with the TAT requirement.

- He/she will ensure timely handling of all transactions in the supervisory queue.

- He/she will maintain proper communication with the US Business unit.

- Identify training needs, plan and train staff, ensure updated procedures are in place and updates are cascaded to the team timely.

- Maintaining various control reports to ensure compliance and quality at every level.

- Be able to maintain a multi-tasking and a flexible team.

Key Result Areas:

- Maintain team efficiency at an average of 100% or above.

- Maintain TAT at 100% across all sub-processes.

- Maintain Quality scores at an average of 100%.

- Gain an all-round perspective of the entire business unit.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree Required. Post Graduation preferred

- Fast learner, open to working in a dynamic work environment.

- Should be confident, possess an independent thought process, be willing to take initiative and has a strong sense of urgency.

- 5 plus years of mortgage / banking experience preferred

- Good track record in back office operations or transition

- Good analytical and communication skills

- Ability to multitask

- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word and Access

. Team Handling exposure (50+ team sizes)

- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
