The Senior Information Analyst will have responsibility to execute on the Company's Data Quality and Data Stewardship initiatives.

Responsibilities will include :

- Executing processes to ensure data integrity and privacy and monitor overall data quality for assigned data entities.

- Ensuring data management methodologies include the steps, activities, and deliverables required to consistently achieve high data quality.

- Owning and consistently maintaining the Enterprise Metadata Repository.

- Fostering the goal of data re-use, and articulate the strategic significance of information to executives and associates.

- Supporting project delivery teams in their effort to adopt and execute on data management processes.

- Identifying and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a cost-effective and timely fashion.

Key Result Areas will include :

- Ensuring high levels of data quality, availability and privacy

- Timely delivery of Data Quality Dashboards to the Sr. Management

- Maintaining the Data Quality Issue Tracker.

- Capturing of DQ rules for all critical attributes.

- Maintaining Data management repositories and artifacts.

- Developing a knowledge base of business data usage and implementing cost reduction and quality enhancement projects.

- Maintaining an optimum level of structured/ unstructured data footprint and reports.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in an analytical field such as Engineering, Math, Physics, Accounting, Finance or Information Technology

- 5-7 years of experience in Analytics / Reporting / Data Management functions

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including high level report writing skills.

- Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL Queries.

- Competence in Web technologies like PHP, Java, JSP, ASP etc.

- Experience in prioritizing and managing a complex and changing workload

- Self starter and ability to deal with ambiguous situations

- Interpersonal and relationship management experience with strong organizational skills.

- Superior problem solving, influencing and analytical skills.

- Capacity to gain a thorough knowledge of the relevant Business area.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Financial industry experience a plus.

- Basic understanding of data lifecycle concepts

- Strong Communication skills with excellent track of working in and with teams
